A 12-Week Christ-Centered

Journey for Women

Stop Fighting Yourself.
Start Understanding Yourself.

Relief begins with understanding.

From Survival to Stability™ helps you understand what’s happening beneath your emotional reactions so you can move from survival mode to stability and experience emotional freedom, healthier relationships, and confidently live as the woman God created you to be.

🌿 October 6, 2026 • Tuesdays • 7–9 PM CT • Live Online

Limited to 25 women • Early Bird through September 15

MAYBE YOU’VE BEEN WONDERING…

“Why do I keep reacting this way when I know better?”

Maybe you’ve tried to calm down, think differently, pray more, set better boundaries, or tell yourself to just let it go. And sometimes it works—until something happens and suddenly you’re overwhelmed, overthinking, shutting down, people-pleasing, trying to regain control, or wondering why something that seems so small feels so big.

  • Living in constant survival mode and feeling like your nervous system is always on edge.

  • Feeling ashamed of your emotional reactions and secretly wondering, “What’s wrong with me?”

  • Overthinking, people-pleasing, and feeling emotionally exhausted in relationships.

  • Carrying the pressure to keep everyone happy and everything under control.

  • Loving God deeply but feeling discouraged because you can’t seem to get your emotions under control.

What if these aren’t signs that something is wrong with you—but signs that something inside you needs to be understood?

Instead of asking:

“What’s wrong with me?”

begin asking:

“What’s happening in me?”

That small shift moves you away from judgment and toward curiosity—giving you space to understand what your emotions, beliefs, and nervous system may actually be communicating.

YOU DON’T NEED ANOTHER LIST OF THINGS TO DO.

You Don’t Just Need the Answer.
You Need to Understand the Equation.

You may already know what you’re supposed to do—calm down, set the boundary, stop overthinking, communicate differently, trust God. But knowing what to do doesn’t always change what happens inside you when you’re triggered.

Lasting change begins when you understand why the reaction is happening in the first place—what your nervous system has learned, what beliefs are underneath it, what pain is being protected, and what story fear is telling you in that moment.

You can keep trimming the branches.
But lasting change happens at the roots.

SURFACE:
“I’m overreacting again.”

DEEPER:
“What am I afraid this means?”

ROOT:
“What pain, belief, or learned response might be underneath this?”

Understanding is the first domino of transformation.

When you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, you can stop fighting yourself long enough to get curious. Shame begins to lose its grip. You can respond with truth instead of fear, grace instead of judgment, and intentional choices instead of automatic reactions.

And that’s where change becomes possible.

THAT’S WHY I CREATED A ROADMAP.

From Survival to Stability™

A 12-week Christ-centered journey designed to help you understand what’s happening beneath your emotional reactions, learn how to work with your nervous system instead of fighting against it, and uncover the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck in survival mode—so you can build lasting stability from the inside out.

Four Phases. One Intentional Journey.

Each phase builds on the one before it—helping you move from understanding what’s happening, to uncovering why, to learning how to respond differently, and finally to living it out with greater freedom and stability.

01

STABILIZE

Weeks 1–3

Understand what’s happening in your body and learn how to create greater nervous system stability.

02

REVEAL

Weeks 4–6

Identify the patterns, coping cycles, and triggers underneath your reactions so you can replace shame with understanding.

03

REBUILD

Weeks 7–9

Renew the beliefs shaping how you see yourself, strengthen your identity, and practice new responses rooted in truth instead of fear.

04

RISE

Weeks 10–12

Live intentionally, build healthier relationships, and practice the rhythms that help you remain grounded in the freedom Christ has given you.

WHAT THE JOURNEY LOOKS LIKE

A Structure That Helps You Actually Practice the Change

This journey is designed to give you more than insight. Each week, you’ll learn what’s happening beneath your reactions, practice responding differently in real life, and have space to process what you’re discovering—so what you learn doesn’t just stay in your notes. It begins to become the way you live.

Weekly Live Experience

HOUR 2

And You’ll Be Supported Between Sessions, Too.

Dozens of original infographics, metaphors, and visual tools designed to help complex emotional concepts click—and make what you learn easier to remember and use in real life.

SESSION RECORDINGS

Can’t make a session live—or want to revisit something that really spoke to you? Weekly recordings will be available so you can learn at your own pace and return to the teaching when you need it.

PRIVATE COMMUNITY

A private Facebook community where you can connect with other women walking the journey, receive encouragement, ask questions, and continue learning and growing between our live sessions.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT TRYING HARDER.

You Don’t Need More Willpower.
You Need a New Way to Respond.

You’ve probably already tried to think differently, pray harder, calm yourself down, set better boundaries, stop overthinking, or tell yourself not to react.

But lasting change doesn’t come from simply knowing what you should do. It comes from learning what’s happening inside you in the moment—and building the capacity to choose a different response.

A DIFFERENT PATH TO LASTING CHANGE

RECOGNIZE

See what’s happening.

Build awareness of what’s happening in your body, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns—without immediately judging or trying to fix yourself.

REFLECT

Understand what’s underneath.

Slow down long enough to get curious about the pain, fear, beliefs, expectations, and experiences influencing your response—with grace instead of shame.

RESPOND

Choose a different way forward.

Put what you’re learning into practice by choosing responses rooted in truth, grace, and your values instead of automatically reacting from fear, shame, or survival.

Awareness creates understanding.
Understanding creates choice.
And practiced choices create change.

MAYBE YOU SEE YOURSELF HERE.

This Journey May Be for You If…

You don’t have to be falling apart to know something isn’t working. You may be capable, responsible, faithful, and deeply committed to growth—and still find yourself exhausted by patterns you understand intellectually but can’t seem to change in the moments that matter.

  • You’re tired of understanding your patterns after the fact, but still struggling to respond differently in the moment.

  • You want to feel more grounded in conflict instead of overthinking, shutting down, people-pleasing, or trying to control the outcome.

  • You’re ready to understand your nervous system and emotional responses without shaming yourself for having them.

  • You want your faith to feel like a place of safety, truth, and freedom—not another place where you feel like you’re failing.

  • You’re ready to practice new ways of thinking, relating, and responding so stability becomes something you actually live, not just something you understand.

This journey may not be the right fit if…

You’re looking for a quick fix, want someone else to do the work for you, or aren’t ready to honestly explore the patterns, beliefs, and responses that may be keeping you stuck. You don’t have to have it all figured out—but you do need to be willing to show up with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to practice.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

I Created This Journey Because I Kept Seeing the Same Gap.

For years, I kept seeing women receive helpful tools for what to do—how to regulate, set boundaries, communicate differently, or manage anxiety—but they were still asking the same questions:

“Why does my body do this when I think I’m fine?”
“Why do I keep reacting the same way?”
“Why can’t I just relax?”
“Why do I know better and still struggle?”

I was one of these women. I realized there was a missing first domino: understanding.

When you’re already living in survival mode, trying to figure out how to heal can become another source of overwhelm. The decision fatigue is real. Piecing together books, podcasts, coping tools, counseling insights, and advice can leave you with a lot of information—but no clear path forward.

I created From Survival to Stability™ to bring the work together into a structured, digestible roadmap—blending psychology, neuropsychology, practical application, and biblical truth—so you can understand what’s happening, know what to work on next, and begin building stability one step at a time.

Truth without shame.

Grace without avoidance.

My approach is direct, but deeply compassionate. I’ll help you look honestly at what’s happening without sending you deeper into shame. We’ll bring together psychological understanding and biblical truth, use practical tools and memorable metaphors to make things click, and continually bring the work back to the freedom, grace, and identity you already have in Christ.

I’m Jenna White, founder of Inspired Resilience LLC, a Christian counselor, life coach, speaker, and educator who has spent years helping women understand the deeper patterns shaping their emotional and relational lives.

But more than anything, I want women to know this:

You do not have to be at war with yourself in order to grow.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY BE ASKING

A Few Things You May Want to Know

What if I can’t attend every session live?

Life happens. Every weekly teaching and group coaching session will be recorded so you can catch up when you need to or revisit something that was especially helpful. You’ll also have your digital workbook and private Facebook community to help you stay connected to the journey between sessions.

Is From Survival to Stability™ counseling or therapy?

No. From Survival to Stability™ is a Christ-centered educational and coaching experience, not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. We’ll explore emotional patterns, nervous system regulation, beliefs, relationships, and practical tools for growth, but the group is designed for education, coaching, reflection, and application rather than diagnosis or clinical treatment.

If you are currently working with a therapist or counselor, this journey can also complement that deeper individual work.

Do I have to share personal things in the group?

No. You’ll be invited to reflect, participate, ask questions, and receive coaching, but you are always in control of what you choose to share. Vulnerability can be powerful when it feels safe and chosen—it should never feel forced.

You can learn a tremendous amount by listening, reflecting privately, completing your workbook, and applying the teaching to your own life.

What if I’m already working with a counselor or therapist?

That’s completely okay. From Survival to Stability™ can complement the individual work you’re already doing by giving you a structured framework for understanding your nervous system, emotional patterns, beliefs, and responses.

Many of the concepts and tools you learn here can give you language and insight to take back into your individual counseling work. This journey isn’t intended to replace therapy, but it can give you another layer of education, practical application, and support as you grow.

What if I’m not in crisis or don’t have major trauma? Is this still for me?

Absolutely. You don’t have to be falling apart to benefit from understanding yourself more deeply. This journey is for women who recognize patterns of anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional reactivity, control, shame, or relationship struggles—and want to understand what’s underneath them.

You may be functioning well in many areas of your life and still know there’s a more grounded, free, and intentional way you want to live. From Survival to Stability™ is about building that kind of stability—not waiting until life reaches a crisis point.

How is Christian faith incorporated into the journey?

Faith isn’t an add-on to From Survival to Stability™—it’s woven throughout the journey. We’ll integrate biblical truth alongside psychology and neuropsychology as we explore your nervous system, emotions, beliefs, identity, relationships, and patterns.

You’ll be encouraged to see God not as someone standing over you disappointed that you haven’t “gotten it together,” but as the source of truth, grace, love, and help as you grow. The goal isn’t spiritual perfection or using Scripture to bypass hard emotions. It’s learning to partner with God in the middle of them and experience more of the freedom Christ has already given you.

How does payment work, and are payments refundable?

Your first payment reserves your place in the September cohort. Early Bird enrollment is available through September 1, with the option to pay $850 in full or choose three monthly payments of $300.

Because your seat is reserved specifically for you and space in the group is limited, all payments are non-refundable. Please be sure you’re ready to commit to the 12-week journey before completing your enrollment.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO KEEP FIGHTING YOURSELF.

You Can Understand What’s Happening Inside You—
and Learn a New Way Forward.

You don’t need to become a different woman to experience more freedom. You can learn to understand the woman God already created you to be, respond to yourself with truth and grace, and build the stability to meet life’s hard moments without losing yourself in them.

If you’re ready to stop asking “What’s wrong with me?” and begin discovering “What’s happening in me—and how do I move forward?” I’d love to walk this journey with you.

Early Bird pricing ends September 15 • Space is limited to 25 women
